ToolsToHelp.Me ("we", "our", or "us") operates a suite of free digital tools accessible through toolstohelp.me and its subdomains. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.
You can try every tool without an account, and nothing is saved when you do. A free ToolsToHelp.Me account is optional. It raises or removes the daily limit, depending on the tool, saves your work, and signs you in to every tool from one place.
We collect as little data as possible. Data reaches our server only for the parts of the Service described below.

One ToolsToHelp.Me account signs you in to the Invoice Generator, PDF Tools, Credit Building, and the QR Code Generator. When you sign in, we set one browser cookie, named __Host-tthm_session, that these tools read to know you are signed in. Credit Building also sets its own cookie, cp_session, for its own session. The QR Code Generator does not require an account, but signing in lets you save your designs and use the advanced options.
Your data is stored safely and securely on our own protected server. Connections are encrypted, and passwords are never stored in a readable form. If you are not signed in, your work is not sent to our server to be saved, though a tool may briefly contact our server to check or count your free daily uses. If you sign in and save your work, that saved copy is stored on our server, inside the tool you used it in.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our site and tools, for example which pages are viewed, which tools are opened, and PDF workflow completion counts and elapsed times. It collects information such as your approximate location, your device and browser type, and the pages you visit. It does not receive your files, the text you enter into our tools, or your password. We have turned off Google's advertising features, and we do not use this information for advertising. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Our website uses essential cookies to ensure basic functionality, including the sign-in cookies described above once you create an account. We also use Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and names that begin with _ga_) to count visits and understand how the site is used. If your device is set to a European time zone, we ask first: Google Analytics does not load unless you select Accept. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland do not receive these analytics cookies without that choice. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, and Decline also removes the analytics cookies already set. We do not use advertising cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, though this will affect your ability to stay signed in.
PDF Tools can remember a workflow sequence on your device when you choose Save this workflow. This stores only the sequence identifier in browser storage, without the document or passwords. Remove a saved workflow using its Remove saved workflow control, or clear this site's browser storage. The open PDF and its undo history remain in memory for the current session.
You can delete your ToolsToHelp.Me account at any time from Account Settings. It is removed from view right away. For 30 days afterward, we keep a scrambled record of the account, just the account id, the password hash, and a keyed hash of the email address (not the email itself), so that signing up again with the same email address and password restores the same account. After 30 days, that record is erased for good.
Deleting your ToolsToHelp.Me account does not delete your saved work inside the Invoice Generator, PDF Tools, or Credit Building; that data stays in each tool until you delete it there, using that tool's own delete option. Saved QR Code Generator designs are stored with your ToolsToHelp.Me account and are deleted immediately when you delete your account.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note any change by updating the effective date at the top of this page. If a change affects what data we collect from account holders, we will also email account holders before the change takes effect.
